Tanzania Women CEOs Roundtable (TWCR) (a non-profit organization registered on May 8th 2018 with no.443589), is a women-led initiative founded by Tanzanian women business leaders to provide a platform for women executive leaders to network at peer level.

Vision is to have a critical mass of women business leaders, who are role models and highly successful in business. One of TWCR objectives is to create an environment of mutual trust, integrity, care, and respect among professionals and businesswomen leaders. It is also the goal of TWCR to provide Leadership skills to especially the young women through training, coaching and mentorship.

Pan African Chambers of Commerce and Industry (PACCI) is an independent, non-profit and non-partisan organization established in 2009 to serve Africa’s business by promoting for public policies that will fostercontinental economic integration, competitiveness, and sustainable growth. PACCI offers its constituents a wide range of services including advocacy for the creation of the African Economic Community, capacity building, and business networking. It has more than 50 national chambers of commerce acting as its local focal point, PACCI is the largest business association in Africa, and the continent’s most influential. This the apex body of all chambers of commerce in Africa.

Tanzania Trade Development Authority (TanTrade) was established by the Tanzania Trade Development Authority Act No. 4 of 2009 that repealed the Board of External Trade Act No. 5 of 1978 and the Board of Internal Trade Act No. 15 of 1973. It is vested with powers to regulate activities related to both internal and external trade that had previously been performed by the Board of External Trade and the Board of Internal Trade. The enactment of a law to establish TanTrade was a major step in concretizing the transformation process of trade in Tanzania. TanTrade has an extended mandate of developing both internal and external trade and regulating international trade fairs held in Tanzania. It is a Tanzania’s premier national organization in the development and promotion of trade both domestic and international. The primary objective is to address bottlenecks that are facing traders, exporters and producers of goods and services with a view to increase the performance of the trade sector in the economy.
