THEME: ADVANCING WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP FOR INCLUSIVE AND SUSTAINABLE AFRICAN ECONOMIES.
Africa’s sustainable development depends on the full participation and leadership of women and youth in economic, political, and social spheres. Despite progress, persistent gender gaps in leadership, access to finance, markets, and decision-making roles continue to hinder inclusive growth. By fostering transformative leadership, forging strategic partnerships, and promoting actionable strategies that bridge policy and practice, PAWES aims to unlock Africa’s economic potential through women and youth empowerment.
